Another Good News to the respected people of Afghanistan (Connecting South to the North): Afghan Tarin Engineering Services Company (#ATES) Associating with our International Partner Environment & Resources Management Consultant (#ERMC Pvt.) from Nepal proudly announces the signing of a contract with Ministry of Transport (MOT) of Afghanistan for Consulting Services for Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), ESMP & RAP Studies for Salang Highway, the project is funded by World Bank (WB). The main objectives of the project are to carry out the Environmental and social impact Assessment (ESIA) studies for the proposed 86 Km Salang Pass Highway development in accordance with applicable World Bank and national requirements on environmental, social, health and safety management. The studies will encompass, in particular, the following key elements: 1- Environment and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), 2- Preparation of Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) and the, 3- Preparation of a Resettlement Action Plan (RAP).
